The connective nature of energy

There is a particular nature of energy that is important to be aware of whenever we make use of energy in practices with the body. I call it the 'connective nature of energy.'

See how the sun shines on trees and plants and how the energy of the sun, through the process of photosynthesis, is captured in the cells of the plant. When we have a piece of wood, in it is the energy of the sun. When we burn this piece of wood, the energy of the sun comes out again.

Likewise, when we walk in the sun, our body captures the heat of the sun and other forms of energy that the sun gives. Our body stores this energy, lives on it. Continually we live in the energy of the sun. Without it, there would be no life on earth as temperatures would drop to a level at which no life is possible.

Although there is a lapse of time before the energy generated by the sun reaches the earth, the energy itself is the same.

This teaches us something about the nature of all forms of energy.

Originating creation energy that comes from God is in the source, but it is also present in the entire cosmos. The energy in the source and the energy in the created being or thing is the same, and there also always remains a connection through this energy.

It is the same for love. When you love a person, that love originates in you and reaches the other person. The energy of love is simultaneously in you and in the person you love. Love is what connects you with other people.

There is such a kind of connectivity in all energies, especially also in the energies in the diagram that we saw before, that of the fundamental structure of energies in the cosmos and in the human body. For example, energy named 'Heaven', being a source energy, eventually reaches its destination in a ground, which we call energy of 'Earth.'

The energy of Heaven is the same as the energy of Earth, but when we call it Heaven it has not yet been expressed, and when we call it energy of Earth, it has reached its destination.

Because energy has this nature of connectivity, it is that in all our exercises we can directly relate to a source energy of an energy that is also inside of us. We can also follow back the path of energy that came in us and trace back the source of this energy.

Understanding the nature of connectivity of all energies is the basis for all practices with energy.
