This exercise is part of Divine Body Practice
By John Eagles, July 22, 2012.

Here follow an analysis of and guide for working with energy. When we wish to connect to good energy, or we need to use energy in a practice or exercise, we follow principled stages of how we connect to this energy, how we store it and how we can use it.

G: God, or the empty mind

An empty mind doesn't really exist because our mind could never exist in a vacuum. However, when we work with energy, we need to concentrate. And when we attempt to concentrate, we soon notice that our mind is occupied by thoughts and distractions. The first stage of any practice with energy is to empty the mind. Our environment will try to impress thoughts on us. When we walk over a road, we see a house and the house makes us think of the people and before we know it, our mind has wandered far away from the focus of our exercise. What we did before we started the practice will try to fill our mind once again, and all these thoughts are distracting energies that make it difficult to concentrate.

Therefore, we always need to empty the mind as the beginning of each exercise with energy. We can close ourselves off from what is around us but we cannot really separate ourselves from our source. All human beings have a relationship to God. Therefore emptying the mind is done best by thinking of God only.

R: Relate, or connect to an energy

Whatever exercise we do, whatever energy we wish to connect to, we must establish a connection to that energy. We can only relate to something outside that also is already inside of us. When we wish to work with a particular energy, that energy has a source in the cosmos around us. For example, we could choose to work with Creation Energy, the energy that comes directly from God and is the beginning of all life that God created. This energy is inside of us, and it is in all living creatures around us. This energy can be recognized as being distinct from other energies.

This energy has also a source. That source, by many, is seen as somewhere in 'Heaven,' or everywhere in Heaven. More originally, this energy comes from central black holes.

To receive more from this particular energy, or another specific energy, we preferably focus on a good source of this energy. This energy will come into us when we can recognize the specific energy inside ourselves, in the world around us, and in a source. By connecting, we relate. By making a relationship, this energy comes into us.
