Mind-body unity
- The mind determines the actions of the body. A mind that is influenced all the time cannot be strong and cannot control the body. The mind is steered by the will and the will is moved by the heart. The desires in our heart set everything in motion. For mind-body unity it is most important that the heart's desire is centered on God.
