Photos of Wikimedia Commons don't need to be uploaded on ERW, they can be embedded directly.
Photos that came from Wikipedia but which were uploaded to ERW are put in the category Wikipedia photos.
The category of Public domain photos includes only photos from external sources, so not public domain photos made by users of ERW.
