More practice with the energy of air

In this exercise we use several of the principles that we learned in the former exercises of this series of Energy exercises & principles.

You can do this exercise standing or walking or sitting, preferably outside in nature where you can see the sky and trees and where there is fresh air. Duration of the exercise: at least 30 minutes.

  1. Start with centering on God and making your mind empty. Do this for a few minutes.
  2. Then center on Creation energy. Think of God and how God created everything and gave energy and love in all of God's creations. You can also think of the creative energy in flowers and trees. Connect yourself to this energy and feel it flowing into you.
  3. This energy will flow better when you connect yourself to the ground, for you this will be Earth. Think of how you are related to the Earth on that you stand. When you do this in the right way and you have some experience, you can feel your feet and legs sinking into the ground and walking becomes heavy.
  4. The next step of the exercise is that you store Creation energy in yourself. You center again on Creation energy and let it flow through you to the Earth. While it flows through you, you store it in the center of your body. Actually you store it in your entire body, but because you want to keep it there, you focus on the center of your body, which is the center of gravity somewhere behind or slightly below your belly button.
  5. We have now practiced the first four stages of Five stages of energy practice - GRESE. The fifth stage, in this exercise, is that you focus on the aspect of 'air' in the Creation energy that you are storing. Feel that there is energy of life-giving air in Creation energy. Make this flow to your heart chakra. You strengthen your heart chakra in this way. While you fill it with energy of air, this chakra will perform better and will also become more sensitive.
  6. When you feel that your heart chakra has become more energetic, center on the air that you breathe in. At first, only notice the quality and the content of this air. In the physical air that we breathe in there also is energy of air. It is the same energy that you focused on as an element in Creation energy, but now this energy has passed through the world of creation outside of you. After some practice, you can notice that you don't only breathe in air, but also various energies that connect to this air. These elements of energy will mostly come from your direct environment. When you are sensitive enough, you can perceive a kind of picture of your environment, not with your eyes, but with the sensor or sense that your heart chakra is. When you are exercising in a city, you'll sense the energies of the city. When you're in a forest, you may sense what kind of trees there are and other details about the energies in the air you are breathing in. Air, in this case, because it is one of the fundamental energies, functions as a carrier of other energies. Air, like water, can be used to store other energies. It is these attached energies that you are sensing in the air that you breathe in.
  7. After you realize this, focus on the good energy that is high in the sky, maybe there are clouds. You'll soon notice that the air that you are now breathing in is of better quality. Although physically you breathe in the same air, because you focus on the energy high in the sky, you will be able to receive purer energy of air.
  8. Store this pure energy of air in your heart chakra. While you breathe in, you focus on the air high in the sky. While you breathe out, you send away all but the purest energy that is in the air. In that way you can fill your heart chakra. You can also notice that the energy of air that is filling your heart chakra wants to move up and down through your body. You may be able to feel tinkling of energy in your body as purer air flows through it.
  9. Focus on the air that is at the top of the treetops. Breathe this energy in and when you breathe out keep the pure elements in this air in your heart chakra.
  10. Notice where this treetop energy wants to go! It tends to flow to the top of your head where it has the effect of making your forehead light and free of worries.
