Thuja leaves and young fruits

Chunks of information

  • I sometimes use a few of the young fruits and leaves of the thuja tree in a hot meal. Yes, this is the same tree that is often used for hedges. Some American natives use the needles of Thuja occidentalis to make a tea that has lots of vitamine C. I sometimes chew one or two buds of thuja or pine. The thuja is known by some as the tree of life. The energy of the buds goes through your entire body, cleanses everywhere and gives a refreshing feeling of new life and also helps against breathing problems. Don't chew more than one or two of the buds. In our meal i used only one bud for each person.
  • It's also possible to breathe in deeply the smell of a bud without chewing it. It has about the same effect on energy level.
