Ball - practice round movements
Use balls of different sizes and weights. Practice to move the ball in round movements while you hold it in one hand or in two hands.
Variation: The ball doesn't move but is put on a standard or on the floor. Move around the ball with one hand, an elbow, one finger, foot, knee, shoulder. The ball should not move but you should continuously touch it. The movements are preparations for kicks, punches and defenses. They train your body to always make smooth round movements. It's also a good way to get rid of stiffness in your body.
You can also move around the ball with a stick in your hand. Don't lose contact with the ball and don't move the ball!
