Working with energy and having an image in your mind

Whatever energy we are working with, we need to 'know' this energy, have some kind of image of this energy.

What is outside of us is in us. We were created this way. All the elements of the cosmos, all the energies are in us, but we only realize this after we got familiar with these elements and energies. This is what it means when we are said to be a microcosm, a mini cosmos of the big cosmos.

Look around and find the colors red in your environment. How does this process work? You could not find red unless you already have an image, an idea of the color red. If you don't know the color, someone has to tell you: "This is red, and that is red, and that is not red but pink." In this way we build up images in our mind of the reality outside of us.

What is outside of us is also inside of us. This is a very important realization when we wish to learn to work with energies.

As soon as we detect the color red in our environment, this color red does something to us. The color influences our feelings. We feel different about the color red than we do about the color black, or white, or green. The colors outside of us influence us because there is something inside of us that is the same, that can correspond to what is outside of us.

This teaches us something about how to connect to a particular energy. Let us take what i call Creation energy. Creation energy is an original energy that stands at the basis of all that was created and that is alive. Creation energy is present in all living beings around us, and it is also present in ourselves. It is the main energy that makes us alive. The origin of this energy is somewhere in the cosmos. Creation energy is a Heaven energy.

The Earth itself was created from the cosmos. In terms of energy, all those that come from the cosmos are called Heaven energies. Creation energy is one of the main energies from Heaven. It originates in God, but it has sources in the cosmos that are not God. In several of the exercises that i'm giving, we work with Creation energy. How can we gain access to Creation energy?

The first thing is to recognize this energy. And in order to recognize it, we must recognize it in ourselves. We can also recognize it in the world around us. Creation energy is in all living beings around us. It is in plants, in animals, in people. So we can look around and try to recognize Creation energy in the living beings around us. What is in these beings that we can call 'Creation energy?' Then we can look in ourselves and recognize Creation energy in us.

We do the same as what we did when we tried to find colors red in our environment. We check something in the environment with an image in our mind. The more often we do this, the more capable we get.

We can learn to see the difference between the originating Creation energy and the resulting Life energy, which is also in all living beings. The source is Creation energy and comes from God. When Creation energy is in living beings, and these living beings grow and develop, they express something that we can call Life energy. You can learn to see the difference between these two energies.

Once we get more familiar with Creation energy, by following the process as described, recognizing it in ourselves and in our environment, we can try to find sources of Creation energy in the cosmos. By connecting to the sources in the cosmos, we can make Creation energy stronger in ourselves.
