Fundamental energy structure - Three levels

This is the first of some articles about the Fundamental Energy Structure of both a human being and the cosmos as a whole. When you understand this structure and can feel it in yourself, it will very much help you will all energy exercises you perform in Divine Body Practice.

The diagram shows the energy structure. The circles are chakras, or switchwheels, or energy centers. These energy centers show up and are felt as wheels of energy. They also store energy and function to store energy. The switchwheels can be turned off and on as if they were switches, allowing energy to enter or pass through or be kept inside the chakra.

Whenever you do energy exercises with the body, you consciously or unconsciously are working with these energy centers.

The energy centers of the human being are not only inside, but through channels are also connected to energy and energy sources outside.

Because the human being is a microcosm, the structure of the human energy centers is the same as that of the entire cosmos.
