Sébastien Stoskopff: Summer or the Five Senses
This exercise is part of Divine Body Practice
By John Eagles, August 12, 2012.

People commonly think of a total of five traditional senses, sight, hearing, taste, smell and touch. Sometimes a sixth sense is added, meaning a sense in terms of intuition or foresight. The five senses are understood as physical senses, but we also have five spiritual senses, or senses with which we perceive the spiritual reality . The sixth sense is understood by some as a combination of various spiritual senses.

Actually, we have many more senses, both spiritually and physically. For example, we can also physically sense such matters as pain, body positions, balance, acceleration, our blood pressure and differences in temperature.

Some people got injuries that left scars in their body, and these scars can function as very special senses. The scars can cause pain in situations that are similar to that in which the injury was inflicted.

All parts of the body are senses

In fact, all parts of the body can function as senses. Especially the centers of energy, the chakras or switchwheels are senses.

When a particular energy occupies a region of the body, this region functions as a sense to detect changes in that particular energy.

For example, the root chakra can detect sexual energy. The throat chakra can detect energies of the mind. Your third eye or forehead chakra can see changes in energy with the spiritual sight and your spiritual ears can hear changes in energy in sounds wit the spiritual hearing.

This information also tells us how we can improve our ability to sense the spiritual and the energy reality. It is by filling chakras with pure energies of the kinds that belong to these chakras.

When you think pure and true thoughts, the ether in your throat chakra will become filled with pure ether, and with your throat you can sense impure or wrong or hateful thoughts of others.
